Andzoa is a PhD student in the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program at the University of New Mexico. Andzoa is interested in becoming a research scientist in drug development in the field of infectious diseases.
Andzoa works on the Chlamydia trachomatis vaccine development project, as well as investigating antibody specificity and functions during urogenital infection with Chlamydia trachomatis. Andzoa has looked at sex differences in antibody kinetics, providing intriguing information that could move therapeutics forward.
